Other Countries / births in Japan

I'm looking for information on the births in japan circa 1860's, I have a relative who married someone in, we think,

the merchant navy and was with her husband in Japan for the births of her 2 daughters, by 1871 she and her daughters were back in Cornwall. If someone can help the details are as follows

Mary Trist 1836 Rame Cornwall married Alfred Edwin Lyne 1841 N/A in 1863 Devon
daughters
Minnie 1865 Yokahama, Japan
Ellen 1867 Yokahama, Japan

I have been able to trace everyone up to 1911 except Ellen who, after 1881 census, seems to have disappeared. I need to know if her name was Ellen as there are marriages for Helen and wonder if this was her real name...

Any help would be appreciated

Wonder if someone could help, I am searching for Francis Robert Smith-Hall born 1889 Lambeth London. I have found a birth record for him along with I think 2 siblings John Henry 1887 and Fredrick William 1883 both Lambeth,don't have certificates for these 2 but dates tie in with Francis, but I can't find them on the census records.
Parents are William Henry Smith-Hall and Jane Ellis and Francis's birth certificate says that he was born 16 May 1889 at 115 Rommany Road Norwood.
I assume the problem is with the hyphen in the name and have checked Smith-Hall, Smith and Hall but no joy. Could anyone give some advise of where else to look??

can anyone help, have a birth record dated 1937 at Camden infirmary and can't find where this infirmary is/was? The person this record is for was adopted but has the original birth certificate and would love to be able to tell them where they were born. Any help would be appreciated

I have a John Harrison born 1735/6 christened 28 Jan 1736 St Nicholas Rochester Kent
father Francis Harrison mother Elizabeth Bredel

I am trying to find a marriage for him, have tried all the usual sources, IGI, Parish records and am unable to find anything. Does anyone know where else to look. Several of his children have "Lacey" as part of their names and was wondering if this may be the mother's maiden name

I am also having a problem finding birth dates for the mother and father they married 21 April 1731 in Dartford Kent but can't find anything else for them

Would appreciate any help.

Dorset Lookup Requests / Birth Record Allington Dorset 1773

Hi

I am trying to find a birth record for Thomas Morey said to be born Allington 1773. Have looked and check other sources and have not found him. Father may or may not be John Morey

The only details I have is a 20 year old family tree and I don't know where he found the birth record for Thomas as I can't find one anywhere and am now unable to ask the person who did the tree. Thomas married Mary Burtt 15 Nov 1795 Iwerne Minster and died 1824 Durweston.

Would appreciate any help

Kent / Atwood of Ash Kent

I am trying to find information on the birth date of Samuel Atwood, Reverend of Ash Church 1701 -1735, it's know that he married Jane Hodsoll b 1673 daughter of Edmund Hodsoll b1637 and Elizabeth Stones b 1637 - 1725 as he is mentioned in Elizabeth's will of 1725, but can't find any more information regarding him. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, I'm trying to trace the birth of a George William Rothenburg abt 1930 may be Russian or German. He married Charlotte Trew in 1855 in Kensington and 2 of their children were born in Russia, the story in the family is he was a whaler.
The name is German but can be found in other counties and according to a website the town of Dinaburgh where one of his son's was born is only called that by germans.
Anyone have any clues where I could look
