  can anyone help me, i am looking for ernest barnes, born in birmingham
  between 1883 and 1888, parents charles barnes and alice barnes (nee
  hitchenor,) .he had three brothers henry/ frederick and joseph arthur
   i have found the parents but can't find ernest, need to find ernest and verify he is there son
                          any help appreciated

not sure if anyone can help with this, my father was a forman at wilks & godwin moseley street, i think the incident i want info on was late fifties/
early sixties, a man who worked for my father,  the man from what i was told used act strange whenever there was a full moon, anyway he stole some cyanide and took his own life, he was found in a allyway dead with a bottle of lemonade at his side, the police who went to his home took the lemonade with them,
while breaking the news to his wife the baby they had kept crying so they gave it some of the lemonade which unknown to them contained cyanide,
the baby died, i seem to recall a daughter was also given a glass of the lemonade, so would have died as well, can anyone recall this tragic event,
or help find the report on it, any help appreciated, this is moseley street birmingham.
