I am looking for any information on Ebenezer Young and his family. Latin master at the Inverness Acadamy. He died 12 Sept 1808. He was married to Margaret Smith died 27 Nov 1812. They were married on 9 Jul 1792 in Inverness. I believe they had 9 children.

8. Simon Alexander George Young b 1805 d 1873 Clifton, Bristol my Great (x3) grandfather
9. Ebenezer Young b 1808

Ebenezer was prior to 1792 Rector of Queensferry Grammar School. He also translated the Acadamy's Royal Charter into Latin

Does anyone out there know of any MI's relating to the family or have any other snippets of information/additions or corrections?

Looking for Hannah Higginson b app 1813-17. She is according to family documents apparantly related to "the famous Dr Stewart of Belfast". She left Ireland for India 1833/34 where she married Simon Alexander George Young, an army surgeon.

I have know idea who her parents were or who the "famous Dr Stewart" was.

Any clues please. 

  Hi I am looking for Percy William Howard Brock b. 15 May 1890, London and his brother Lionel Isbon Brock b 26 feb 1893, Manhattan.

They were sons of Percy Augustus Kortright Brock (my Gt Grandfather) and Annie Mary Sophie Bawden. Annie died 24 May 1897, New York. Percy returned to England leaving his sons behind (they may also be other children). I know that one or both of them did return at some point to England and their father tried to see them, but they refused his request.

I would love to know what happened to them. I could not find them in the 1900 USA census. so maybe they were adopted. Any ideas please
