Europe / Germany: Help please! German Ancestors

My ancestors migrated from Germany, name of Rath.  At the time of migration which we work out to be between 1890 and 1894, the family consisted of Alfred (father) b.1855app. Emilie (mother)b.1859 app. Emma (dau)b.1888 app. Angelika (dau)b.1890 all born Germany then Blodwen(dau)b.1894app. born Wales, the Charles and Bessie (twins)b.1897app. Chester, Cheshire. Then Kaetchen Olga (dau)b.1899app. Manchester.  This is all I know in the UK is there anybody able to help me search for information in Germany, am banging my head against a brick wall.
Angelika was my g.grandmother any help or information or any Raths related that know anymore, please reply.

If anybody is going to Manchester Library could they please look up a Marriage between Thomas Worthington and Ann Smith, June quarter 1863 took place at St. John, the reference number is MFPR 1134.  I need to confirm if this is the correct couple.

 If anyone is going to Manchester library i would be grateful if they could look for a marriage between William Thomas Davies & Georgina Clarke St Silas Ashton Old Rd Ardwick 1893. Need The information to be sure as Willim did not use Thomas on any pther doc. So i can be sure i have Correct one before sending for gov record as i am in Australia and it takes forever.

Would anyone decipher and explain the information on this card for me it is of my Grandfather the only piece of military info i have on him. Also wether it could lead me to more info the address at the bottom is that his add at enlistment.
