Surrey / John Stanford Constable

 John Constable was born was born 18th march 1817 in Beddington Surrey. He married Louisa Harding 25th Dec 1837 at Carshalton.  On the Carshalton OPRs he appears as John Constable for both events.

I have noticed that, on several FH sites he is referred to as John STANFORD Constable. Does anyone have any proof that his middle name was Stanford as I have been unable to find any evidence of this.

George Agates birth date unknown - Father appears on MC as George Agates
Jane (Nee Constable) born 14th Mar 1830 Carshalton Surrey
Janes parents - James and Jane Constable
Married 6 Apr 1851 St.Thomas, Stepney, London

They do not appear on the Census after their marriage and I can't find their deaths or any birth of children.

Would someone be able to check the register for the death listed below.
Her husband was James Constable and they originally lived in Carshalton. Her age would probably be approx 40-50.  Had a daughter Jane born 1830.

Looking for information on whether Matthew GOOD was engaged to my great aunt Mabel Constance RAE or were just friends.  She had placed a notice in the Sydney Morning Herald in 1918 in memory of his death at Pozieres in 1916. Also hoping to find a photo of him.

Looking for info on the parents and birth of Mary Ann MILLER. Born about 1815 at Newcastle upon Tyne. Parents David and Annie.

Migrated to Australia and married William Henry WILLIAMS in Victoria in 1834.

Died 5 Aug 1872 Victoria Australia

Fife / Allan Barbour MURCHIE - OXLEY connection.

Allan Barbour MURCHIE, born 1797 in Dunfermline, Fife, SCOTLAND, was transported for life to Australia for his part in the Bonnymuir Uprising in Scotland in 1820.   He married Elizabeth MARSHALL in 1824 in Sydney Australia.

Their first child was christened as Jane Oxley BARBOUR but used the surname MURCHIE at her first marriage. ( The omission of Murchie on her birth record could be an error)

I cannot find any link-up with the name OXLEY. Does anyone have any information about this?

Last appear in 1891 UK Census living at 63 Hackford Rd. Brixton. Do not appear in 1901 Census.

Australia / David John SMITH -Arrival in Australia

Looking for the arrival of David John SMITH in Australia. (Probably NSW) between 1881-83. Age 21-23.

Born: Ewell Surrey Abt 1862 and appears in the 1881 English Census as living with his parents James 64 and Phoebe 63 and brother George 10.

Married to Ann Elizabeth Bourne in 1883 in Sydney Australia.

Died at Kogarah NSW 7th June 1950. Not with parents.  Occupation may be in the plumbing area.
