Here is a postcard from Israel.  I think it was sent to Kornelia Woerz in Australia, by a friend who knew she used to live close to Nazareth in the early part of the 20th century.

There is something written in smudgy pencil on the back.  I think this is Kornelia's writing, but I'd like to know what it says.  It's just as likely to not relate to the picture on the front at all - it could be a shopping list for all I know. 

This is what I have: nugfakinhir? sind ?   (i.e. not much).

Yet another post card from Palestine c 1916 of the Woerz family.  I'm hoping this one has a name on the back to shed light on who the men are in the photo.
From L-R: Dorothea Woerz b 1901, Kornelia Woerz b 1900, Barbara Woerz geb. Weigold, probably Fritz Woerz, ??, Bertha Woerz b 1898; front: probably Gottlieb Woerz b 1903.
I've had a go at the back:
'ein kleine? andenken
von driner? Mueller?' or
'a small memento of ....."  who?
Also, if you have any opinions on the clothing the man with the hat, I'd love to hear them.  I'm leaning towards some sort of uniform.

Here is a post card of some unknown family members.  I am trying to establish where they fit in.  I've played with the writing on the back and got:
"Liebe Mathilde sende dir nach ein Andenken von Deinem U Br. Herman bei seinem Hiersein.
Dat. weiss ich nicht mehr genau so in den 20 iger Jahren"
Translated automatically by machine it gives: "Dear Mathilde sends you to a memory of your U Br(other) Herman with its Hiersein. I know Dat. no longer exactly the same in 20 iger the years" 
'Dat' is obviously an abbreviation, but I don't know what it's short for.
The embossing on the front of the post card says:  "H.Freter, Photg. Zurich I L?immatquai 22", which I assume means the photo was taken in 1922?
Can you do better?
I'm after a translation and your opinion as to whether the letter is addressed to Mathilde or if she's in the picture.  I currently don't have any 'Mathilde's in the family, except for a Mathlide Weiss that died in 1913, and she doesn't seem to fit.  I haven't got any Hermans yet.

Could I please have a quick translation on this postcard?  I get the first word: Wörz
The second word I have this: Förstma.  I know it's not right, but it's all I can come up with.  It looks like a name but I'm not familiar enough with German names to get it right.
