I think this is a great picture. The teenagers look like teenagers today. Most look about 15 or so to me. Anyone agree? I think one of them may be my great uncle, because it was in my great aunts photo collection.

Does anyone have an idea of what year this might be? The men's collars are very specific. The photo would have been taken in Illinois.

What is on the forehead of the girl who is sitting?

Thanks for your opinions.

This tintype might be my great-grandfather James Nicholas Flynn from Indiana.

Could someone please give me an approximate date and clean him up?

Thanks!

I have these two tintypes. The first might be my great-grandmother, Lucy. Could someone give me an idea of the dates of the photo? She was from Illinois.

Lucy has a large blemish on her forehead, from damage to the tintype. Looks like a bullet wound, doesn't it? I would love to see her cleaned up.

I will post the second tintype in another post.

Thank You!

Hi!

I found this picture in my grandmother's photos. I don't know if he is a relative, or if he is her fiancee who was killed in WWI.

Any info would be appreciated. You clues might help me figure out who he was.

Hello!

I have this mystery photo of a relative of mine. He is probably a brother of my grandfather. My grandfather, Patrick Francis McGoldrick, and family was from Donegal Town.

This man looks so much like my dad, so I know he is a relative. Funny thing is, my dad's signature item was to wear a bow tie, like the man in the photo.

I am posting the photo, and the back of the photo.

Thank You for your help!
