Family History Beginners Board / Marriage certificate details

Is there a website that has marriage certificate details (names/parent's names) or do I have to order the certificate from the GRO to get those?

Does anyone have details of the Bingley parish register for a marriage between Thomas Wilcock of Silsden and Zillah Shackleton on 13.02.1832?

My hope is that his parents names are on there.

He was born in 1838 in Keighley but he is not listed with his parents and siblings (parents Thomas and Zillah Wilcock, siblings Alice, John & Ann).

There is a Joseph Wilcock age 3 listed in the 1841 census for Keighley and I'd be interested to see if it's the right Joseph!

I'm trying to find the maiden name of Thomas Wilcock's mother Ann. He was born in Silsden in 1799 according to the IGI and his father was called Thomas Wilcock also.

I think I've exhausted searching online so does anyone know where I can find Silsden parish records to have a look at? (I'm quite new to this and so far all research has been online).
