Hello, i have discovered a relative born 1898 in london  (died i think in the 1930's or 40's) . He seems very elusive. Family stories from very old relatives say he was 'a free spirit' disappeared and reappeared all the time, noone seemed to know where he was when he was alive. There is also rumour he went to Australia for 2 years. Where would i find out if he had actually been in prison  - for the times when he kept disappearing? Many thanks

hello . My great grandmothers maiden name is Emily Blenman. She may have been born about 1874. I think she may have been Irish but moved to London as a child? Or maybe  as a young woman ? I can find no info about her on the English Census untill 1901 when she is married to my great grandfather . Has anyone any info on the Blenman family that might contain an Emily? Or any advice where to look further? many thanks.

hello all, i'm researching the Taylor family from Woolwich (Greenwich). My great grandfather is Edwin w Taylor (b. 1872). My great great grandfather is Edwin Charles Taylor (b. 1850, woolwich). Is anyone else researching the Taylors? Also looking for info on Emily Blenman ( my great grandmother) ( b 1874? not sure ), married to edwin. w. taylor , she may have been Irish? many thanks

hi guys , im new here and researching the Taylor family from Woolwich, London. Anyone else also looking into the Taylors? There are lots of Taylors its seems in Woolwich & Greenwich so its a bit confusing . My Great grandfather is Edwin. W. Taylor ( born around 1874? ). thanks
