The Common Room / Drouet's Establishment for Pauper Children in Tooting 1849

My 4 x great grandmother Elizabeth Bazzone was a nurse at Surrey Hall which became Drouet's pauper establishment. On 28th January 1849 she died of typhoid fever aged 60 yrs and was buried 3 days later at St Nicholas, Tooting Graveney.
This establishment was all news in early 1849 due to a cholera outbreak and the deaths of many of the children. Charles Dickens wrote essays about this and Mr Drouet himself was brought to trial at the Old Bailey.
Does anyone know if there are any records surviving from this 'school' as I'm trying to find any information on my Elizabeth. According to the 1841 census she was born about 1786 in London as Elizabeth Davies. Thanks.
