Armagh / Mathews O'Connor marriage 1857 Upper Killeavy

I am attempting to trace the birth of my great grandmother Mary MATHEWS who was born circa 1865 that date calculated from her marriage in New Zealand in 1889 at the age of 24. I have not been able to find the shipping records for her arrival in this country.
Her NZ marriage cert. gives parents names as Patrick MATHEWS and Louisa Catherine O'CONNOR. Unfortunately her birthplace simply says Ireland.
On the birth certificate of her first born her birth place is recorded as Newry, County Down.
I found a Church Marriage Record (Irish Family History Foundation) for a Patrick Mathews and a Louisa C O'Connor on 20 Feb 1857, in the Parish of UPR KILLEAVY, Co. Armagh, denomination Roman Catholic. The bride and groom's parents are not named but the witnesses are Patrick Mathews and Ellen Mathews.
If any one can help find the birth of Mary and other siblings I would be very grateful.
I have gained plenty of experience in researching family from England, New Zealand, and Australia. I was pleasantly surprised when I first attempted to follow my husbands family in the Netherlands - a piece of cake compared to Ireland!
If I can reciprocate with any NZ research I would be more than pleased to help.
