so far I have had brilliant info from this site about Herbert only thing I am stuck with now is I cant find a marriage for him to a lady names janet ------ . the marriage would of been after 1911 . janet died in 1949 Banbury area , I have searched all the register in uk for the marriage but no luck I just wondred maybe they married abroad

? couldny find them in 1939 either
any help most well come cheers m

I am trying to find army records of my nan,s brother he was William peacock born 1889 bristol he was a drummer in the army gloucesters regiment No 9430 this was written on his marriage certificate 4th dec 1918 to mabel g woodman

please would any one know where to ask for records of a patience in asylum in fishponds Bristol and bodmin cornwall . I know the person I am searching records of was 1st at Fishponds and Bristol there was made an agreement with Bodmin. Bodmin took 250 Bristol insane. The reason being that Fishponds was full up with wounded soldier's!! , the person I want records on died in bodmin asylum 1919.

hope you can help I am helping a friend and he is hoping that the will be military records for henry Justin Bristol born 1868 , I did see one in dorset regiment but unable to find any records and this henry was down as being born 1870 born st Phillips which is in Bristol any help most grateful many thanks m

would any one have any info on Italia Bruno before she came to uk when she came to uk married to Kazimeras Skrebys in 1952 . . she died in 2006 in Wiltshire . hope to find out her parents and maybe sibblings many thanks to any one with info cheers m

looking to find out birth places of Kazimeras Skrebys born 26 feb 1922 abroad and died somerset uk married in preston to Italia Bruno in 1952 she was born 2 feb 1926 died 2006 Wiltshire uk ( no idea where she was born .
Kazimeras possible place of Birth Place:
Krabischke ( note sure where this is sounds abit like Germany , also believe might of been a prisoner of war ,

please would any of you readers know of army records for Thomas hollwey also know as tom . in ww1 royal engineers born 1881 but I did find on one site they put down born in 1886 at the time when serving in the army he was living Bristol . , I seen there was medals for him but I am hoping for records for my friend .

please would any one know if there is a newspaper write up for janet l Arthur she was knocked down and killed by a diadum flour lorry while she was crossing the road out side of school st George grammer school Bristol on the 23rd January 1957
