Derbyshire Lookup Requests / 1851 look up please Pc2147 F84 Sc38 - HARDWICK
« on: Thursday 19 August 04 19:49 BST (UK)  »
I would be grateful if someone could look up SJ Hardwick on the 1851 Derbyshire census.

There is a possibility that SJ Hardwick aged 11 at Pc2147 F84 Sc38 is my gg grandad.  I know that there is no other Hardwick at the address.

His mother, Elizabeth Hardwick is not living with him so I am hoping that he is with other relatives I do not know about.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou

Russell

Derbyshire Lookup Requests / 1841 Derbyshire Census - HARDWICK
« on: Friday 13 August 04 14:08 BST (UK)  »
Could someone please look up a Joseph Hardwick in the Ashover area on the 1841 census for me.

Joseph was born in Dec 1839 in Northedge near Ashover, so would be aged 1 on the census.  His mother was called Elizabeth Hardwick and there is no father on the birth certificate.

I am hoping to find more info re his mother as I know nothing except her name.

By 1871, Joseph is living in East Ardsley, WRY and married to an Elizabeth Wragg.  I also have him on 1881, 1891 and 1901, but I cannot find anything before 1871.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
