Canada / Electoral Rolls?

Hi folks,
Is anybody able to ascertain who lived at this address during the 1930', 40' and/or 50', please?
There are voters lists for Montreal floating around the internet, but Canadian addresses are a mystery to me. What's written here is not something I can Google.

Hi folks
Opinions on these initials/abbreviations please.
It looks like "Yours affectionately" (though written badly) with some initials under it which I believe are G.M.L. and under those I think it says K.C.B. (Knight Commander of the Bath?
?)

I have yet another photo with writing I cannot read. Just when I think I spot a bit of English, I read a whole lot of something else.

Hi guys,
A nice easy one I hope.
Pic 1: These initials appear at the end of postcard but I'm not sure what the first letter is. I? J? I presume the second is an F.
Pic 2: The third word of the second line? It just looks like a mess to me.
I really do need to brush up on my handwriting!

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / A postcard from Germany??? [COMPLETE]

Hi folks,
I acquired this photo from a gift shop but hadn't taken enough notice to see that the writing is not English. It reminds me a lot of German, but this is well beyond my ability to read.
Please could someone help me find out what it says.
The writing across the top looks like (but it's a bit faded) "Otto Wedekind. Photo?. Atelier, Tressau. Antri?. Fernsprecher 527"

Yorkshire (North Riding) / Brafferton marriage registers

Hi all,
I've looked at the topics on the main page about where to find parish registers but I'm still confused.
I've been to the borthwick previously, but the only things I was able to look at were the bishops transcripts. Whether by miscommunication or because it's all they had, I don't know.
I am very keen to see the ORIGINAL registers (or copies) filled out by the vicar when the events originally occurred, rather than transcriptions.
The vicar at st peters in brafferton told me once a register is completed, they are sent off to York university?
So are they at York university? A library? The borthwick? The north Yorkshire archives? So many choices.
Any help would be appreciated.
