Gloucestershire / duke of beauforts estate

would anyone know where i could find a list of workers for the BADMINTON HOUSE estate owned by the DUKE OF BEAUFORT
around the 1920's
i am researching a relative that is supposed to have worked and died on the estate mid 1920's and have no idea where to start
i can find the dukes family and staff on the 1901 but that is too early
any pointers ? thank you

I AM TRYING TO TRACE MY ANCESTORS THERY WERE HAWKERS/ PEDALRS AND I AHVE A LITTLE INFORMATION BUT AM TRYING TO TACK DOWN THE EXACT PLACE AND DATE OF BIRTH FOR MY GRANDFATHER
CAN NAYONE TELL ME IF I APPLY FOR HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE WILL IT HAVE HIS BIRTH DATE AND LOCATION ON IT ?

Travelling People / the best way to trace hawkers/travellers

can anyone point me in the right direction for tracing relatives that were known as gypsy hawkers/travellers
i have a possible link to the family in the 1901 census of wales  but despite birth places listed on this i canot find them on previous census.
ialso have been told that the family name was changed around the 1890's which makes it more difficult
can anyone advise the best place to look for them , i canot seem to get hold of a copy of a birth certificate for my grandfather, i have tried several times to order online but just get a message back to say it cant be traced , i have very little to go on.
any advise on where to start or look would be appreciated

he appears as william on 1881 and charles william on 1871 and 1891 ???

father :james pike unkown d.o.b. occ printer on a marriage cert
thats all info i have im afraid , i canot seem to find him or father anywhere i do know that when charles got married in1860 and again in 1891 it was in bolton lancashire
