Can anyone check Worcestershire marriage Index for the possible marriage of Mary Lockett/Luckett. She was born c1813 in Bishampton, Worcs., and would have married before 1839. She may have married a Burnett or perhaps used this name herself.

Can anyone read this please? It concerns Toby Leech and his wife Jane (Toby Leech was the son of another Toby Leech). I can make out that it starts "The surrender of" and goes on to mention Toby and Jane, but would really like to know the full text.
