Hugh my connection with the Crookes family only goes to the marriage of Ruth Juggins as she was my fathers (William Juggins b:1898-9) Aunt.
Yes they are on the 1901 Census page 17 entry 125 Ecclesall Bierlow.
Thanks for the marriage information on Ruth Jr.
This Juggins family were in Sheffield by 1872 prior to that Luton Bedford.

Thanks Hugh for your reply. Ross my son sent the last letter to you and I don't think he understood what was required.
Herbert Nicholls Crookes b:1872. His wife Ruth Nicholls Crookes(Juggins) b;1877 and their daughter Ruth Nicholls Crooks b:1900 all born Sheffield area.
They lived at 4 - 1 house Sunderland St. Sheffield. Yorkshire. This information was from the 1901 Census.
What I was wanting to know was, did they have anymore children, or where do I go for that information.
With thanks Wyn.

Since the 1901 census I have no information on Ruth & Herbert Crookes and their daughter Ruth.
Is it possible there is someone out there with a lead for me please.
Did Ruth jnr. marry , were there brothers or sisters born to the family.
Anything would be a help in finding them. Wyn.

I'm looking for death notice of Arthur Juggins of Sheffield, UK. Died in Nova Scotia before 1980s. His name listed in Imperial Gratuities case file.

Thank you
