« on: Sunday 23 October 11 20:31 BST (UK)  »
Hi all,
I need some help please in finding the Parents of Ann Piercy Born 1815 Blossal Yorkshire, the problem is that she married Robert Gill in 1835. I believe her parents could be William & Elizabeth born abt 1793. William is from Holtby & Elizabeth is from Rillington. Now their could be a marriage in Grimsby 1810 of William Piercy & Elizabeth Stockdale.
Is this correct one?
regards Barry.

Hi Joe,
Thankyou very much for your reply I spent the first eleven years of my life living near Trowbridge we use to live at St mary's garden hilperton marsh, I can always remember the walk to primary School at Staverton. That is over 35 years ago now.  It was so different in those days outside toilets and only three boys in the final year at primary School.
My Parents are away on Holiday at the moment, but my mum use to live in Trowbridge with her Parents. I always remember once going from my grand-parents house in Bradley Road (I Think)Trowbridge to watch Trowbridge Town play football.

Hi all,
Please could some-one help me with the following family Nathan Piercy who are his parents not certain when he was born but about 1830's (his parents could be William & Elizabeth Piercy.) Nathan I believe he married Thomasin (Nee Appleyard) sometime from about 1860's onwards? They had an only Child Alice Ellen Piercy but she died 4th June 1866 and she was only nine months old. she is interred at York Cemetry.
One final question was Nathan a younger sister to Ann Piercy born 1815 Yorkshire England.
Also there maybe be a link to Ann Piercy born 1864, again Yorkshire.
Looking forward to your help and replies,
from Barry Tay.
