It could mean she went from England, arrived in NY then went on to Canada. Not sure what the faint print after NY says. You can try and look up passenger lists to NY in 1861, maybe? ::)

This seems to be the way to send an email to Tombstoner:

"If you have a correction or a transfer request, please e-mail me using the "Edit" like on the memorial rather than sending a message on my profile. I will get to it quicker that way."

Otherwise if you look at the bottom of the page on the link I posted, people can leave public messages to him.
