I'm looking for anyone having access to either (or both) the "HEREFORD JOURNAL" (WED.JULY 18, 1827 EDITION, PG 3) or the "BIRMINGHAM JOURNAL" (SAT.JULY 21, 1827 EDITION, PG 3) newspapers.
The item I'm interested in begins: "...EDWARD BISHOP, WAGONER TO MR LANE OF HAMPTON, NEAR THIS CITY, WHILST LOADING A CART WITH THISTLES, FELL FROM THE TOP, AND WAS KILLED..." That's as far as I can read without paying a subscription fee.
My 4th great-grandfather, EDWARD BISHOP, died JULY 18TH, 1827 in HAMPTON BISHOP, HEREFORDSHIRRE, ENGLAND.
I'm almost certain this newspaper item refers to MY EDWARD BISHOP, and I am extremely anxious to read the rest of the item, and I hope someone can help. Thank you!
