I have an Elizabeth Edmonston born c 1785 in eastwood parish Renfrewshire county, she married a James Millar 29th july 1809 in thornliebank church Eastwood. variations in the name I found were edmonston edmonstone edmiston. good luck

dont know if this is of any use, your mr lyons died in pollokshields, well there was a pollok street in pollokshaws and its now greenview street. there is a pub called The Old Stag and the man who owned it was called Fred Lyons (suppose short for Alfred). I think fred died in the 60s. maybe the same family.

the flecks are in my tree. the john fleck born 1857 june 15th died 1945 father william mother jean hunter. i know of one descendant married and now lives in canada.
