Hi all,
Can anyone find a birth cert for a Harry Thompson. His Father may be Harry or Herbert. His date of birth as he gave it is August 27th 1886 and his birth place England. In 1911 he seems to have been living in Swillington and had a brother William.
He left England in 1914.
Any help would be great thanks;

Happy New Year Everyone.
i am trying to find where babies are buried that died at the County Home Carlow in 1930s. I have been told the Home buried the little boy. I am wondering would it be in St. Marys as he didn't return to be buried in his own parish.
Any help would be great.

I found in the Ballon birth records that the priest entered my Greatgrandmother as Mary when her name was Anne, She had 6 daughters only four had her proper name. Mistakes can be made. Best of luck with your search.

Thank you all for your time. I expect as Sinann suggested it was before registeration. I have found many spellings for the name but this was the spelling used by the family.

I am looking for help in finding the death cert for Mary Twamly nee Kelly .She was born Mary Kelly in Killane Ballon Carlow. I cant find anything to confirm this . Her husband Thomas Twamly died in 1888 aged 90 years at Ballonhill Carlow. but I cant find her death cert , the death cert says he is a widower so she died prior to 1880.Any help would be great Thanks.

Thank you Sandra for your reply. Mary was one of 10 children .I have traced most of them .She isn't listed in either Irish Census available. I have no idea when she left Ireland or where she went.The only thing I have is a diary entry where it says Maria Maher (Mary) Michaels sister wrote from America asking for her baptism cert. Mary Maher was baptised in Laois Ireland 26 January 1883.
I have searched endless for her but no luck.

Mary Maher born Laois Ireland in 1883 to parents John Maher and Mary Doyle. She left Laois to join her brothers Patrick and Fintan in America but I have not been able to trace her. Letters to her mother suggests she remained there . Any help would be great .
