I sent a message to you earlier this am, re Joyce Bartlett my Auntie. I did not realise that she was still alive. I look forward to communicating with you and anyone else who could shed light on the Jones family.

Hi BIH,

I have finite info on the Jones side of the family and i would like to be able to trace them back.
My mother was born in Broken Hill NSW on the 05 Feb 1914 and passed away on the 01 December 2000.
Prior to marrying my father she was married to Edward Isaac Dowsett on the 18 June 1938, they had a daughter.
I am not sure how accurate the information I have on the George and Jones's is all is as follows: Demetrious George & Mary Ellen ? had Bertha Amelia George and 9 other siblings, Isaac Jones and Elizabeth Young had John Arnold Jones.
I have little info at present on my Auntie Joyce, she was married but i don't believe their were any issue from the marriage.

I hope this makes sense and yes we would appear to related!!!

I would like to make contact with rootschatterer BIH, as i am Mavis's eldest son.
 This is my first posting and I am not sure that I am even in the right area to do this?
