peter was my great uncle. i have another uncle peter who is my dads brother.my name is june finnigan my dad is john finnigan.

hi there my uncle was peter finnigan they lived in dennistoun glasgow. my grandad  john he went to america when my dad was 7 so i think in 1945  my great grandad john finnigan he died 1966 june the 12th . if you look on the church of latter day saints geneology website you can find  a bit of info my aunt jan who lives in canada put the info  on the website patricks on there.

hi i was just looking through this website when i came across your email .my grandad john finnigan was born 1910 march 3rd  he also went to america  all the names you have quoted are all my ancestors  names .could you have the dates mixed up . ive got catherine cassey 1822-1886 thomas finnigan 1820.patrick finnigan 1846-1915 alice winters 1815. margaret finnigan 1872 thomas finnigan 1874-1875 catherine finnigan 1877 james finnigan 1878-1942 .my dad 1938 who is john m finnigan there was two brothers which is were a lot of the tree gets mixed up one of there children was called peter he married ethel slavin whos grandfather was lord slavin she lived in india when she was growing up dont know if this helps any

hi gerry could i have a look at the photo of the headstone for FINIGAN no 38 my great grandad and my ancestors are all buried there i dont know if it would  be john james or patrick or even sarah or even margaret there,s a lot of them . my great grandad died in 1966 so i think he might be in the new part.many thanks  june
