Hi suffolk*sue

Basically, what happened to the business and has anyone got any information prior to William Adams Esq. "eminent maltster and corn merchant"

I've seen a photo of 2 King Street and it's quite impressive. I know of a plaque in St Peter's church dedicates to William his wife Charlotte and sons William Cole and Edwin. They must have been a prominent family in the town at one point.

Are there any old images of the family and the business

Thanks

Many thanks Pam. I do have that information.

I have the will of Archibald W R Adams and he leaves only 900 pounds to a Harold Colquhoun Adams and Hubert Arthur Adams - presumably his sons.

What happened to the business ?

Harold and Hubert were living in London as warehouseman and salesman.

Where is my inheritence !!!!

John
