He was on e of my 5th Gtg Grandfathers M married to Mary Turn Amed Unknown
I think his father was George Swinburne, married to Jane Lee.
Bernard Thistlethwaite in his book "The Bax Family" says the family thought they might be related to the Swinburnes of Capheaton, but I cannot find a connection
