Is there any evidence that either of the two brothers married? Thankyou

Never heard of those names before, but I will see if other family members have. Thankyou.

Thankyou, it all adds to the family history.

There are so many questions and gaps with the two brothers. Basically, the rest of the family lost touch with them, and their parents/step mothers  in the 1930/40's. George Bateman Harrod, born 1893,  married Sarah E Twist in 1937, his second wife. The family is hoping there are, somewhere, any children from either George's marriages or Robert's. We don't know if Robert even married. We think George B. senior was born in Ashington, Northumberland, 1893. His father was Robert Bateman Harrison Herrod ( different spelling of surname, for some reason).

Do you mean the same address for both George and Robert? 40 Park Park Road, Wigton?

Thankyou very much, that's a lot of research. Much appreciated.

Well, that means his father married 3 times. We knew about his first two wives but not the third! It does get confusing when father and son have the same name! Again, thankyou, and we are making progress.

We don't know anything about who he married.
