There is no name with the reply to my earlier post re RCs, but forever in my heart i thank you.
The RC pertaining to my Grt Grandfather William Wedlock d1882.
A strange feeling of Closure, no matter how long ago his death occurred.

I am looking for my line Gow, and have found Morison, c1739, Dysart. Alexander Williamson married Agnes Morison, 1765, dau Margaret b 1766 and Agnes 1772. Are we on the same page? and are there any Headstones? Would appreciate any help, with thanks.

Thank you so much Chris, the dates are right as well as the Christian name. I gather there is no photo, I also see that the Cemetery is almost full. This must be a tragedy for those with so many family therein, and more to come. I hope something turns up to enable the Council to change its' mind

Hi Chris, I haven't been here for quite some time, but still searching for family. Do you have a Bamrick Margaret, buried at St. Joseph's, died 5th September 1860, and buried on the 7th same.
She was a Wedlock, married James Bamrick, mother of Martin, Mary, and Elizabeth.
Strangely, cause of death was "Unknown", but no RCE

Hi Ian, I also have Rae/Ray/Robb ? from Ireland. My GGGrandmother was Grace Rae etc. but born c1827 and marrried to Patrick Brennan in 1854. Grace's Father was James and he was married to Margaret Hamilton. The name is changed on all documents from Rae to Ray and her Death Cert is Robb Would be interested in any connection

I do have the Death and RCE re William. He fell off the Yett Bridge about 10-11 pm. Was he coming home from the mine? He was found the next day. I would love to know where the Bridge was;is. Can anyone help with this?. Thank you everyone for your input. I will be following all these hints.

All soldiers who died in WW1 can be found on CWGC. incredible info.Certs. and which memorial site they are acknowledged
