I recently learned that these two may be my oldest known Scottish ancestors. They had at least one son named Angus who married Helen Davie on March 22nd 1818 in Barony Lanark Scotland. They had more children and after a time several left Lanarkshire for Canada. I have more details concerning the descendants but Donald McKay and Angus McKay are new to me. It is possible Donald and Mary are on an 1812 tenant list for Rogart Sutherland I found online.
