Hi Gerry , It seems you are the " Go To Expert " on Old Dalbeth Cemetery ... My Great grandfather Daniel McCormick died age 62 in 1941 was  buried in that cemetery , and I believe his father  Daniel McCormicks died age 78 in 1931 may be buried there also .... I wonder if any stone matching them has been photographed ...or any way of locating the graves is possible  ? Hope you can help ... Cheers  Steve McCormick

Christina has Rannoch down as her birthplace in 1871 , 1881 and 1891 but she seems to alternate between her maiden name McGregor and her married surname McBain ....

Looking for information on my 4xGreat granddfather Gregor McGregor  ..... He was a gamekeeper and had a daughter, my ancestor Christina McGregor in Rannoch  in the mid 1820's with Isabella McPherson , they were not married at least at that time ...Christina went on to marry Angus McBain in Kingussie , settling in Blairgowrie after he died young ( either her or him must have been married before as stepchildren appear with them in a census in 1851) ... any help would be appreciated.... Cheers

That is my grandfather ....  :)  Thank you for that .... I didn't know about the ship or sailing to America ... Would love to find out what became of him  .... there was supposed to be a letter that arrived many years later from Neasden London from someone possibly a half sister of my father but it was quickly burned by his mother .... so the contents are lost
