thanks but how does the records say that William fergusson is my great grandfather the record does not give my grandmother Christina fergusson.
also I know that my William fergusson had two families  his mistress had a family with the children around 20 to 25 years younger than my grandmother ( his mistress family my grandmothers sister her grandson is a famous actor stared in the main role of the patriot and harry potter

hi looking for information on William ferguson his birth details  also looking for his fathers details and his grandfathers

he was married to a Christina brunton 26/5/1878 to 1925  they had a daughter Christina 1900 to 1978

trying to find their fathers  2 generations back I reliase at that time was the first jacobite uprising
