Can anyone help me trace a g.g..grandmother please ? My g.grandfather was William (Lunnan) Old b. 31/07/1879 Penicuik, his father was William Old b. 12/05/1856 Lasswade. I cannot find the wife of f.f. grandfather (b.1856). At one point, I thought she was Janet Lunnan Pittillo, but I don't think this is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you soooo much. I am new to this family tree business, but have managed to crack on with my other lines. But this one has had me stumped for ages.

Thanks for pointing that out, can't believe I didn't even notice it !! Back to the drawing board for me then ! G. grandparents names definately correct, but I must have looked up the wrong Jessie Colville.

His son, my grandfather, George Colville McLachlan was born in Campbeltown in 1903. I got the g.grandfather & g. grandmother name from registers, but cannot find anything more than that.

I cannot find any info on my g.grandfather's parent. G.grandfather was George McLachlan farm servant from Campbeltown, born around 1882. Married to Jessie Colville, born 1892.
Anyone have any info on this family please ?
