Hi,
Harriett Ella Adeline Bradley was born approximately in 1893 nee Mayes. She married Lewis Gordon Bradley in 1924. He died in 1941 in sub division of Hitchin in county of Hertford. He lived at 102 High St Stovenage????WD when he died. At that stage I have no knowledge if Harriett was with him as his death was registered by his son. I have been unable to find any register of her death or even a remarriage. It is if she disappeared and my father{lewis's son }never talked about his step mother.
Regards

thanks Top 1.
Obviously the person is not the Harriett I was searching for. Thanks to everyone for their efforts. I have no idea at this stage where she was living so I guess I'll have to keep searching for other information to try and tie in where she lived. Once again thanks for everyone's efforts.
Kindest regards

Hi there,
I was wondering if there was anyone who could find out some more information about a Harriett Bradley who died in  Dec quarter 1931 at Grantham [7a 493.] I'm trying to find some record of my paternal grandfather's second wife - a Harriett Ella Adeline Bradley nee Mayers and thought maybe there is a connection here?

Thanks Reaybo M
We finally found his death records and he died on 9/10/1941 at Hitchin hospital in the county of Hertford and that his death was registered by my father at the time. That has left us with another problem as we don't know what happened to his second wife Harriett Adeline Ella Bradley[ nee Mayes]. We can't find records of her in either New Zealand or GB so am now trying to track down her whereabouts.
Once again thanks for the offer
Regards

Thanks Althea,
I now realise that the other source I wanted checked was incorrect and it now means I can eliminate that Harriet from my searches. That still means there is another Harriet Bradley out there somewhere so I will have to keep looking. Thanks for your assistance in this matter - it is most appreciated

Thanks Lu,
I didn't ignore the information as I was merely trying to eliminate her from the enquiries as I did'nt know here age at the time of death. I realise the name was different but there was some chance that ithere may have been a connection as I had some othetr conflicting information regarding her. Thanks for the help and I apologise if I inconvenienced anyone
