Hi,

I also came across the 1911 entry. Which I agree, does show my initial feeling to be correct. Would be interesting to find a death certificate or other corresponding eveidence to support it as well. However the next step is to find Robert - William H's father and locate the mother :)

Just found it - from a moment of inspiration of realising where I put it. Details as follows :- Charles Robert Bailey (19) married Annie Pitcher (21). Fathers were Willie Bailey and John Pitcher, both watermen - so would fit with Charles Henry. 6th September 1903.

Good morning, I already have the marriage certificate - somewhere amongst all my paperwork. I'm in the process of sorting through it to pass on to Jeff and am more than happy to send it to you too, or upload, whichever is the preference. Will aim to sort it out by the weekend. As a side note, the Pitcher's come into the family a couple of times.

Shropshire / Mapp's

Hi, I have been researching my husband's family tree and have traced it back to John Thomas Mapp who was born in Newport. His father was George Mapp who married Dorothy Ellen Dennis in 1899 in Chasetown (sp?) and George's father and mother were William and Mary. I am going to order birth cert's for both John and George to prove the lineage - as of yet it is census conjecture :). Is anybody else researching these lines or come across them?

Thanks for that, obviously not going to get too far with the censuses then, lol. I know Hannah survived as she went on to marry George Pitcher. But by that time she had moved to se kent. Wonder if she took her sisters with her? Hmmm.

London & Middlesex Completed Lookup Requests / census look up please

Hello would anybody be able to start a look-up in 1841 and follow them through for the following family. Joseph Standerwick and his wife Sophia. I don't have there dob's but I do for the four girls I know of. Hannah was the eldest being born in 1824, then Rachel in 1825, Jane in 1830, and finally Sophia in 1832 but I think she also died in that year. Thanks in advance, Karen
