Hi all,
You've helped me on numerous occasions in the past and thank you for that.
My great grandfather, Isaac Jones b1844 and his wife Ellen b1845 lived for some years at 85 London Road Corwen.

One of there children (Isaac Alun b 1884) was my grandfather (Taid).
I know from the census' that he had siblings Jane E b 1871, Eliza b1875, Edith b1878 and John L b1880, however, that's all I know about them!
I would like to know what became of them and whether they had children and grandchildren that i could try to make contact with.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
many thanks, John

Hi,
Does anyone know of a John Morris who died 1914 and buried at Carrog Church?
His gravestone is leaning badly and may fall! I would like to know if any of his descendants live locally who could tend to it.

According to my cousin, Aunt Beatrice was married to a Nick Plummer?

Her death was in 2011.

Regards,

John

Wow thanks guys! So much information.

I would like to know if my aunt Beatrice left a will. Any ideas how I could find out and possibly see it?

Hi Groom,

That was quick!

It certainly looks like it could be her. I would need to check on the date of her parents marriage.

I think her mother Maria Matthias was from Broughton and her father James form Birmingham?

Thanks,

John

Hi,

I had an aunt called Beattie (or Beatrice) Simmonds who was possibly born at around 1920ish at Clifton House, New Road, Brynteg Wrexham.

She was the daughter of James and Maria Simmonds and had 7/8 siblings.

She moved at some stage to somewhere in the London area and died in the last few years as Beattie Plummer.

Does anyone rcognise her from this description?

Many thanks,

John
