Where would a record of a District Court Martial be found? and if soldier deserted from his regiment - Scots Guards - was there an amnesty issued after the war?

Regarding the Currie's mentioned above who moved from Eaglesham into Glasgow. Any idea where they are buried ... if they died in Glasgow?

yes I know that is where her parents names would be. I have the names from an old family letter. i was thinking of her sons or daughters whose names I don't know
