Hi...
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you its been quite a while since I looked at all of this and got a bit behind.
I have the attorneys address but am led to believe that the estate documents cannot be released as the  liquidation and distribution  has not been completed .??.
So not really sure what to do next.
Thanks for your help.
Robin.

Thanks...I will persevere.
If I could find a researcher in the Durban area to check a couple of things?
Any idea if there are any family history societies in the area ?
Thanks.

« on: Thursday 01 March 18 15:45 GMT (UK)  »
Hi.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to obtain estate files etc. at the Durban masters Office from as recent as 2013.??.
Also what newspapers would be available from 1988 and 2013 covering the same area and would they contain obituaries ??
Many Thanks
Robin.

Thanks once again for the research.
Julia certainly has been very interesting.

Hi Bullatale1...
Sorry its taken so long to reply.
I have just logged into Rootschat for the first time in a long while and was surprised to see your message ...I must have missed that one.
At some stage I need to have a long look at Julia again and go through it all as its been put on the back burner while I take a look at another part of the family history ...!
What I read is that the Julia Curtis that arrived in 1857 in Geelong is not possibly your GG Grandmother...is that correct and so no connection with the Moores??
As I say I need to have another look at this??
Best Wishes
Rob

Leicestershire Lookup Requests / Re: EMMA MOORE.EAST NORTON.
« on: Tuesday 21 February 17 07:44 GMT (UK)  »
Thanks for the reply :)
I have had the baptism registers checked and George and Emma are both missing at East Norton but George is shown as born East Norton in the census.
A marriage for Emma would be ideal...but haven't found one as of yet.
Thanks :)
