Jane Havery of Spittal I believe was my great grandmothers sister her name was Christina the parents are Robert and Margaret.

Thank you for the information, Robertson Stewart Jefferson was a cousin to the Robert Jefferson I am interested in. He died young with the flu epidemic 1918.

On the 1911 census he was 19 years old and was a prisoner at Durham Jail any advice how to find out why he was a prisoner. Thanks.

Have traced his grand daughter and she confirms that he died 1964, buying the marriage certificate may well give me more information.
