The former Tower of Garden was held by the Forresters of Garden was replaced by a classical mansion in 1824 and there are no remains of the old tower.

I have gone through your posts searching data about Andrew Barrie (b) Paisley 1798; Third Son of Andrew (b) Kirkconnel and Janet Downie (b) Blaigorts, Kippen.
I read that you managed to find substantial data about said Andrew and I wonder If you can share it with me.
I am interested because I am married to a direct descendent of Benjamin Barrie, (b) Paysley 1795; Brother of Andrew
