Hi,
Just saw this topic and the name THURSTON got my attention so I was wondering if your THURSTON could be related to a George THURSTON who's occupation is listed as a Tailor and Draper in 1861 Census would he?

George  THURSTON married Euphemia BREEZE

Does this ring any bells?
