Thanks guys for your help, I was aware of Richard/Hannah (Annie) sharp/sharpe. They where originally from rusholme and Annie was born between 1849/1852. Annie sharp in the 1911 census was born in 1858, but they are still on maybe list.

Robert parry sharp's father was new to me, I look into more but I don't about him apart from him being from rock ferry and the sharp family were living at 21 Ebenezer St, Rock Ferry. Will update

I am looking for some help finding out what happened to a Catherine Sharp born to a Annie Sharp in Jul/Aug 1887 in Chester. She had a brother called Henry sharp born 1889 and a sister called Emily Sharp born in 1891, the 1911 census showed they had moved to Birkenhead now including an additional member who was either her son or her nephew called Robert parry Sharp born 1906/1907.

I was last able to trace her to 20 laurel road Liverpool in 15 Jul 1916 were she give birth to a Leslie sharp (later became Christopher George leslie sharp ashby) who is is my grandfather. Due to this forum, I was able to understand that that  20 laurel road was a accouchement centre run by a nurse Kate Maria Pearce that helped women in need to give birth and find homes for the children.

I would like to find out what happened to her after she give up Leslie Sharp and find find out what relationship Robert parry sharp is to her. On the birth certificate it shows her as an waitress at 35 esher road and I can't anything after this. Please help

Anthony
