In 2013 I provided information to the restoration man programme regarding the Bill family who opened the mill. By chance it is on tonight and I will have to watch again for the significance. I had a member of my family that was a servant to the daughters of Robert. Nice suprise

In 1901 my (GG Grandfather Joseph Draycott) Draycott family were living at 32 Lincoln St, Tibshelf.
I wonder if they knew each other I presume so has this was a mining family also.    Good Luck with your search.

Are their any other surnames that you are interested in ?  I also had family who lived in Tibshelf in the streets you mentioned.
