Could anyone advise me where to search for a marriage between Duncan James/James Duncan and Harriet Amelia/Amelia? I believe they were of the RC faith.

His wife's name was Harriet. He met and married her in India after he retired from the army. Can't find his death or marriage certificate.

I'm having a really hard time finding anything concrete on this guys family. The only record I have for him is his military record.

Thank you, I think I have to "warp" my search to find other family members then link them back to my family.

Thank you. I have found these birth registrations as well. Gladys is definitely part of the family I am searching but still trying to link the other three. I'm wondering if Harriet died and he remarried? Does anyone know? It's difficult for me to search the British BMD from Canada.

Looking for links to William Henry Graham, born about 1784. He was in Canada by 1825 when his son James Sweet Graham was born. William's wife was Patty (or Martha) Sweet.

I am searching links Richard Pearson who immigrated to Ontario, Canada in the early 1800s. His son, Andrew, was my grandfather. My grandfather used to say the family had to leave Cork because they were Protestant and the atmosphere wasn't to great there. I'm glad those times have passed!

Searching for William Henry Graham, born 1784. He immigrated to America (living Prince Edward County, Ontario in 1825 when his son James Sweet Graham was born).
His sons marriage registration lists the fathers birthplace as Ireland.
