Tipperary / Re: Historicgraves.com & Shanaran Cemetery

Yes,  I was referring to the Shanaran Cem near Clogheen, Co Tipperary.   A man named Ed O'Riordan's name was posted on the plot site for people I am researching.   I want to contact him to find out if he has further information on them

Plot TS-SNRN -0217   has the family of Patrick Daly and his wife, Eileen O'Gorman.   I have not been able to find anything about Eileen O'Gorman's parents.   I have Patrick Daly's parents' names.

Thank you for responding,  Bettye

Maggsie,  what cemeteries or surnames are you seeking to find in Kilkeary?   Dumb me,  I thought that was the name of a cemetery but after researching I have found that it is apparently a district in Co Tipperary.

Maggsie,  the Findagrave.com site for Shanaran Cemetery only shows 3 burials there.  The Historicgraves.com site has at least 13 pgs of persons buried in Shanaran Cemetery.

Tipperary / Historicgraves.com & Shanaran Cemetery

Last evening I went through the list of people buried in the Shanaran Cemetery.  I found it is listed as part of the Historicgraves.com project.  I believe that there is a man who has knowledge of the Daly/O'Gorman family that I have posted queries on here and Co Cork.   Does anyone know how you can contact a person via Historicgraves.com?  On Findagrave.com you can register and then contact people.  On Historicgraves.com I could only find a way to register if you wanted to become a transcriber for them.

Maggsie,   all i know about Eily/Eileen O'Gorman is what I have posted in my queries:  Her father was Maurice O'Gorman, she was of age when she married Patrick Daly in Feb 1841 in Clogheen,  and she said she was born in Thurles.  That all came from her marriage license.

I have found an Ellie O'Gorman b 2nd qtr of 1918 and Ellen Agnes O'Gorman b 2nd qtr 1920 but both listed as occurring in Glogheen,

I have searched every web site that I could find hoping to learn exactly when, where and who Eily O'Gorman's mother was.

James Cunningham was a baker.  The townspeople of Bonnington called him 'Auld Laird'.    I know nothing abt Marion Wright's parents.

Kim,  I will write this info into my records.  Do you think that it is possible that there are any land transactions in Bonnington where the name of James's wife is listed ?  He was a baker and supposedly owned an extensive amt of real estate in Bonnington.

Thanks for 'going the extra mile' in this quest for info.

Regards,  Bettye
