Staffordshire Lookup Requests / 1851 lookup for Uttoxeter,Staffordshire

I am looking for a Thomas Greatorex from Uttoxeter with a daughter called Caroline (she was born in Uttoxeter in 1847) I would really like to know if there are any more details of any other occupants (relatives) at that time. I have a copy of Carolines birth certificate and this lists her father but I have never been able to find anything on him.
The other problem I have is the spelling of the name. It changes on various certificates I have.
Greatorex , Greatrex and Greatrix (just to complicate things!!!).
