thank you both for the replies, I've not found the family on 1881/1901 censuses, the problem is the variation in the surname/ phonetic spelling of Gallagher, Gollagher, Golagher, and Golichar.

I will check on Tamina and Toomona

Could someone please help to repair and clean up this family photograph of my Great Grandfather Richard Shenton and his family taken about 1908.
The photo is in two parts and I have scanned it as close as I can.

Could some please check the 1901 census for
George James Patmore born 1868 in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire and his wife Maria Patmore (nee Shenton) born 1869 in Burslem, Staffordshire.  I believe they may have bene living in the Hanley area of Stoke-on-Trent.

Please could someone help me, I've found a gravestone for a relative Isaac Findler 1805 - 1851 and his wife Mary Findler 1808 - 1835  I am puzzled why there is an inscription for a Thomas Birtles 1822 -1844 on the grave stone? Did Isaac remarry and Thomas was a stepson?
