Heywood I thank you for your replies. You have answeredsome of my quires.  First James Lloyd was the farmer and Mary Jane Lloyd (Peet) his wife. They all lived Peets Farm on Peets Lane  Churchtown with their children. I believe sometime between 1904 and the census of 1911 James Died and his wife Mary Jane Lloyd went to live Brown edge Scarisbrick. I am trying to find out the circumstances of leaving the Farm. That is one of my goals. One of the children from the farm was my wife's mother Mary Jane Lloyd until she married George Curzon Green .
Thank you for any further Help...

Hi Carol W.  My wife was Margaret Peet Green. connected to both the Lloyd and Peet family which farmed   Peets Farm on Peets lane Churchtown. I did part of the family tree prior to my wife's dead four years ago and have just started to re look at it. Right what I am looking for is which part of the family farmed at peets farm and what were the circumstances of them leaving the farm and then were did they live. Then only info I have got is The husband (farmer died) and left hiswife with children and after leaving the farm I believe but cannot prove without census record they lived at or near scarisbrick either pool hey or brown edge. Any help with this would be very welcome.

Hi Heywood  I thank you for your response I have tried  Family Search but I do not have enough family info to satisfy their requirements. I think I need someone with access direct to the census of 1901 or1911.  thank for your help.

Thank you for the replies. Yes possibly registered twice but the registration number is the same for both names.  And as far a I can check the mother was not known by two names. Rather confusing

JMP.  Thank you for the reply. Yes it is funny sometime how technology works pointing you in my direction. Yes once I can give you the Green family tree website you will find much info from this side of the Atlantic. The one thing that has been baffling me is how Margaret Ann actually got to the US of A. Any info of Cora would be useful. I do actually have a photograph of Cora although not a very good one. Jake01.

JMP.  I thank you for your reply. Yes Margaret Ann was related to my wife Margaret Pete Green. We have been trying to find info on Cora for a number of years now with out much success. We know Cora used to write to dolly (Dorothy) Jess on Nee Green. Any info on the family would be very helpful with searching. I can give you my tribalpage web site address for the Green family. Please  send me private message.  Thank you Jake01.
