London and Middlesex / Coates and Coopers

Hi can anyone remember Coates and Coopers in West Drayton, Middlesex back in 1950s/1960s.
My sister worked there and sadly has recently passed away.  I am trying to find out where they were in W.D. and what they made.
Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Can anyone tell me if there is any buildings remaining for the Bwllfa Colliery.
As a child in the early 1950s I can remember walking from my grandparents house in Bwllfa
Road (where my father was born) to the 'pit head' and going into a building with very clean sparkling machinery almost like museum pieces.  I know my grandfather worked there and I also believe my great grandfather (my grandmothers father) worked there.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Thank you Maddy and Geoff.  I think Shepton Mallet and Tintinhull are each probably about the same distance from Bridgwater (which is close to Taunton).  It is very frustrating when you cannot confirm beyond a shadow of a doubt which leads are correct.

Thanks again

Ruth Brown, my g.g.g. grandmother married James Turner 29th. January 1825 in Bridgwater and she died 11th. June 1860 in Bridgwater.  The 1841 and 1851 census's say she was born in Bridgwater.  I can find no info on her at all.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for that info, I know it is not Benjamin Symes, as you can trace his life - death remaining in Dundry.
