Hi Janine thanks for the information. I dont know why I didnt find that as ive been looking for so long. At least Ive now got baptisms for all the kids.
I will now pass on this information and hope my distant relative is happy with it.
Thanks again

I have just Googled Saint Peter Church and I think it could possibly be St Peter Inkberrow as Inkberrow, Feckenham, Worcester is listed in records and cencus for the family.
If any one has Birth, marriage and death records for this church and can look up Duttons that would be great.
Thanks again.

Worcestershire Lookup Requests / Saint Peters, Worcester marriage and births
« on: Sunday 26 May 19 18:51 BST (UK)  »
Hello, I am looking for this information to help a distant relative who has contacted me from Canada after a DNA match. She is hoping I can find her some answers but Im not really all that good at working things out.
I am looking for a William Dutton and Sarah Brian/Brion/Bryan (both born around 1817 and possibly both died 1861)
William and Sarah married 17 Oct 1835 at Saint Peter, Worcester and had 7 children. I have births from the GRO Index for the last 4 but I need births for the first 3.
Mary Ann 1837 I cannot find a birth or baptism.
John also known as Richard bapt 28 Apr 1839 in Feckenham
Jane bapt 31 Jan 1841 in Feckenham
Although I have baptisms for John and Jane its the births that are needed.
On the 1841 cencus these 3 children are living on BerrowHill, Feckenham with William and Sarah and I have presumed that this is Sarah Bryan.
On 1851 they are living with all their children at Mount Pleasant, Feckenham.
The last 4 children are on the GRO index with mother surname Brion registered Alcester.
Because I cant find the first 3 I have wondered if they are from previous marriages or something.
If anyone can help in any way with this I would be very grateful.
Thanks

Im very sorry Larkspur I missed your private messages. I do apologise.
Once again loads of these are on my tree. Thanks so much for your help. As there are so many of my relatives buried in the Priory I will definitely travel and have a day there, even if I dont find any headstones it looks like a beautiful building to visit.
Once again, thanks

"Bingo"
Ive finally found the resting place for my 3rd Great Grandparents. I knew their death date but not where they were buried.
All the Sprowells you listed are also from my tree. Fanny Sprowell is my 3rd Gr Grandmother.
Would it be at all possible for you to send me the list of Drury's buried there ? If this not too time consuming.
Also would you know if there are any Headstones there for me to see. If so I would definitely make a journey.
Thanks for your help and info.

Thanks Larkspur for your offer.
I am looking for JOHN DRURY born 1803 Worksop died 1865 Apr/May/Jun age 62 and his wife ELIZABETH DRURY  born 1803 Worksop died just before her husband 1865 Apr/May/Jun also age 62.
I have found different spellings = Drury/Druery/Drewry/Drewery
Also other names from Worksop are Adkin/Atkin, Lister and Sprowell/Sprawell
If you can find anything for me that would be brilliant.
Thanks
Karen

Thanks for your replies. Im not local to Worksop and dont know the area at all. I thought i would be able to "Google" a list of burial places in that area and the dates that the places were active but ive not been able to find anything.
I will take a look at Genuki to see what I can find.
Thanks

Hi, I am trying to find out where my relatives may be buried. They lived on Newgate Street, Worksop and died in 1865. I have tried without any success to find which cemetery was open and being used at that time. The obvious one would be Retford/Manton Road but I believe that didnt open until 1901. Any information would be very welcome.
Thanks
