Hi,

Sorry for not replying sooner. I thought I'd get an email if any did. Anyway, looks like we're researching different families unless you have anything on Susannah & John's children ? As far as I know they had 4:

Mary, 27.9.1813
William, 19.5.1816 - 6.9.1825
Catherine, 14.3.1819 = William Dunn
Hannah, 14.7.1822 - 1888 = William Perry

Do you anything else on these ? Thanks.

Glenn Perry

(PS. I'm not related through Hannah & William Perry, just coincidence we have same last name).

Shropshire / Perry's of Stokesay, Shropshire
« on: Sunday 31 October 04 14:32 GMT (UK)  »
Does anyone have any connection to any Perry's of Stokesay, Shropshire. My gg Grandfather James Perry was born at Wettleton Pool, Stokesay (25.1.1873) & bap. at Craven Arms (23.2.1873). His father James Perry lived at Wettleton Pool, Stokesay during the 1881 census & later moved to Abergavenny, Wales before 1884. He was bap. 26.3.1844 at Stokesay. His father was John Perry, a Labourer.

Can anyone access the 1841/1851 census of Wettleton Pool ? I believe John may have been born around 1811 & married a Jane Sheffield. Their first child was Anne Perry (28.2.1836). James was born in 1844 so there must have been children in between these two dates....

Thanks for any help.
